WALTER RAES: visionary designer of now cyber-famous, Tampon Top, has designed another brilliant piece of Wearable Art: The Dummy Mummy Top.

Walter was having a meal with friends & as with most intelligent people, they were discussing global warming. One of the friends, knowing of Walter’s designs with the Recycled & Re-used, challenged him to do a design symbolic of the heating-up of the planet.

Walter has an obsession about over-population of the planet & its contributing to global warming, & so the evocative & beautiful Dummy Mummy Top evolved in Walter’s studio.
