& from EVENING STANDARD:

‘To decorate his new sister salon on the King’s Road, Hari Salem approached Walter Raes, who creates artworks from recycled trash - the late Isabella Blow was a collector - & Walter has come up with Kama Sutra mirror, red Telephone Box with a chair made from Yellow Pages, a Sixties’ Mini & an upright piano with stool made from musical instruments.’

Walter Raes’s brilliant designs from the recycled & re-used have come to a new level of brilliance - Design Art Installations as interior architecture.

The Mirrors (11 cutting stations designed by Walter) in Hari’s Salon no.2 on the King’s Road are Walter’s most recent thrilling major designs. The Mirror designs are the integral focus points in the salon’s interior, enveloping the clients in exciting & way-cool Installations. Walter’s stunning work stations have transformed the salon into a super-efficient machine of Installation Art.
